The afternoon storm didn’t disappoint. It absolutely poured for about 20 minutes. I was drenched, even with rain gear. Sun came out later on.

The sun dips behind clouds to the south.
Turkey tail mushrooms (perhaps) everywhere.

The hard, black fungus are perhaps King Alfred’s Cakes (Daldinia concentrica)
